Memberships and drop-in passes include the use of their cardo theater, treadmills, three types of bikes including spin bikes, steppers, elliptical and rowing machines, strength / circuit training room, free weights room and studio with two types of boxing bags a six foot hanging Fairtex Banana Bag and a hanging punch bag, a wide range of kettlebells, TRX wall, slam-balls and multiple squat racks all with bumper plates.
